An end user calls our technical
call centre. Our aim at all times is to remotely resolve the
problem. If remote resolution is not
feasible we must establish whether the call is trade or warranty. If
trade we provide a quote and accept pre-payment. If warranty we diagnose
the fault, identify the parts and order
from stock. Parts will then be despatched by post or with an
engineer. We are able to use our clients ordering and stock system or
implement our own bespoke system. Full
